Due to the Louis Allen delivery model the majority of our client interactions take place in the workplace. Our primary focus is performance improvement and our processes have been designed to achieve organisational results. We have reduced our public programs significantly over the last few years because we realised that the real value of our processes is realised internally.
However, many of our ALUMNI who attended one of our public programs have gone away and succeeded beyond their expectation as a result of the Allen Management System. They have been promoted and the principles have stood by them through their careers.
